Satisfaction Guarantee for Vehicle Covers

BudgeCovers guarantees that product you ordered will arrive in new condition, be free of defects and will cover the vehicle for which you ordered. Our guarantee is only for covers ordered using our Make, Model, Year selector (excluding the bimini top and RV estimator tool). If your item fails to meet the criteria above will exchange the item for no additional charge (aside from price differences).

BudgeCovers Return Policy

BudgeCovers will accept return requests of items purchased within 30 days of receipt. Following the 30 day period, we cannot process any returns or exchanges for any reason.

BudgeCovers cannot accept returns of Budge Industries covers purchased through any other outlet. If you are trying to return a product purchased from a different retailer please contact them at the point of purchase.

BudgeCovers will only accept one return on an original order. In the event that you receive an exchange or replacement, we will not accept this replacement for a refund or exchange for any additional items.


We here at BudgeCovers understand that people like to buy gifts for the holidays in advance. We will be extending our return policy for any orders between November 23rd until December 25th. Any orders placed between those dates will be able to return the order for a full refund up until February 1. There will be no exceptions to our regular return policy for orders not placed between those dates.


All returns must be requested within the first 30 days following the date that you received your order. Anything after 30 days will be rejected.

Return Terms and Conditions

All returns which do not qualify under the Satisfaction Guarantee above are subject to the terms and conditions set forth below:

  • Returned merchandise cannot be used or dirty. It must be in new, unused, and sellable condition.
  • If an item is returned for any reason other than a defect in material or workmanship, there will be a $25 restocking charge in addition to the customer paying the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • All returns are subject to inspection prior to processing. Upon approval, BudgeCovers will issue an RMA number. These RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. All returns must be received within 30 days following of approval and have a valid RMA number. Any return received after 30 days of opening the RMA will be subject to an additional 10% restocking fee.
  • An additional 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products received without return authorization.
  • All refunds made into store credit are final and cannot be voided or canceled once the credit has been issued.
  • Items purchased with store credit are subject to our standard return policy and guidelines. Any eligible refunds for orders placed with store credit will only be issued as store credit.
  • All restocking fees will be waived for customers who elect to have store credit as their method of refund.
  • Store credit has no cash value and cannot be refunded to any method other than store credit
  • BudgeCovers is not responsible for lost or stolen store credit codes. It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain the store credit email and track their balance on their own.
  • Replacements are shipped upon receipt of your return item. This process can take 7-10 business days from the time the returning product is shipped back to us. It is recommended that you retain any tracking number for you returning package. All returns are subject to inspection prior to processing.
  • Refunds for unused items are for the item only. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for shipping the product back to Budge Industries. In some cases customers may be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement item.
  • BudgeCovers is not responsible if your delivery is not received due to circumstances beyond our control. Tracking information is provided to you via email automatically once your order ships. Tracking information is also available by telephone by calling 855-684-9363 during our normal business hours. Please contact FedEx at 1-800-GO-FEDEX with your tracking number to resolve any delivery issues. We do not require a signature upon delivery and thus must insist that you ship your orders to a secured and safe destination.
  • BudgeCovers will only accept one return on an original order. In the event that you receive an exchange or replacement, we will not accept this replacement for a refund or exchange for any additional items.
  • If a package is deemed undeliverable or refused and it is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all shipping fees and an additional 10% restocking fee.
  • All exchanges are final. No products that have been received as an exchange are allowed to be returned.

      Bimini / RV Return Policy

      Please note that due to their complex packing and shipping cost, all RV and bimini returns will be charged a $25 restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs involved. BudgeCovers will gladly correct any incorrectly shipped or defective item at no extra charge to the customer within the first 30 days of receiving the order. This includes all replacement bimini canvas tops as well as tops sold with frames.


      All rocket launcher returns will also have a $25 restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved with a return or exchange.
